Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy. Mangashi 2.0 is an online service provider as defined in the DMCA. We take copyright violations seriously and will protect the rights of legal copyright owners.
If you are a copyright owner and you did not authorize the use of your content on the Site, you must notify us in writing so we can identify the allegedly infringing material and take action.
I. Designated Agent

Upon receipt of proper notification, we will follow the procedures outlined below and in the DMCA.
II. Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners
The following elements must be included in your infringement claim:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works if multiple works are covered by a single notice.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (exact URLs on the Site).
- Contact information sufficient to reach the complaining party (address, phone, email).
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay in processing the notice.
III. Notice and Take Down
We expect users to comply with applicable copyright laws. Upon receipt of a proper notification, we will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the material that is claimed to be infringing, after review and validation at our discretion. We will comply with the DMCA if a counter notification is received.
IV. Repeat Infringers
Under appropriate circumstances, we may, in our discretion, terminate authorization of users who are repeat infringers.
V. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures that are used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, where such measures are reasonable under the circumstances.
